Injection Molded Tube Stock

G.S.F.’s injection molded tube stock part number has a specific cadence that allows for easy recognition. The tube OD is identified in the first number, the tube ID is identified in the second number, and the length is identified by the letters A, B, or C. Our tubes are designed to provide ample clean up to the tube size listed. Notice: the OD of some Virgin PEEK tubes may be slightly smaller than listed due to shrinkage. The material type of the tube is identified by the 4 digit number located at the end of the part number.

Material codes for injection molded tube stock goes as follows:

• 1201 – 30% glass PEEK
• 1202 – Virgin PEEK
• 1207 – 10/10/10 bearing Grade PEEK
• 1230 – 30% carbon filled PEEK

The length of injection molded tubes is identified by a letter:

• A – 4-1/4” long
• B – 2-5/8” long
• C – 1.5” long

For instance:

• Part Number: 12X10A-1202
• 12= OD will clean to 1.200”
• X = by
• 10 = ID will clean to 1.000”
• A = 4.25” usable length
• 1202 = G.S.F. 1202 (Virgin PEEK)
